The Duke Academy 6-week Transformation Program is designed to provide fitness training for everyBODY. Professional trainers, group assignment training each week, supplement programs and much more, you will get the support you need to succeed and realize your potential.
DURATION: 6 Weeks
Performance tests, weight, measurements, and body fat assessments will set a baseline for your transformation.
Group Training Sessions
Small group sessions allow members to encourage one another to reach their potential while providing individualized training from the group leader.
Your personal trainer will review your pre-program assessment and the progress achieved in your transformation.

My name is Kris LaCoste. I’m your average overweight Father, Husband and son. Most of my younger years I was in great shape, but as the years went on, and life happened, I became increasingly out of shape. I went on every fad diet that was out there. Some were successful, but I never kept the weight off. I’ve known Duke for many years, but had never been to the Duke Academy. I always had the notion that he just trained professional athletes. About 2 months ago I saw a FB post that he put up about a men’s class at 7am for regular Joe’s like me. Well, I went, and it hurt (lol). But 14lbs later, and many inches shed in just almost 2 months, I have a new perspective on my health and getting back into the shape I should be in. Not only has it been a transformation on my body, but definitely my mind. I would highly suggest anyone who’s stuck in a rut trying to get your health back in order to come and check out the Duke Academy.
