With a 25-year history of national leadership in the field, Coach Duke Rousse and his TDA Team provides year-round training for dedicated athletes through on-going group sessions, team training, summer camps, 1:1 customized training, weekend workshops, and specialty clinics.

What We Do
SPEED

Running is a learned skill. Acquire proper running technique and mechanics. Increase running speed through drills that focus on linear acceleration and reaching maximum velocity. No matter the sport, speed is king.

AGILITY

Develop and improve foot speed, agility, and coordination through drills that focus on lateral movement and multi-directional movement. Move fluidly, react quickly, and make more plays.

EXPLOSIVE POWER

Master the ability to generate power, particularly in movements like jumping and sprinting. Learn to generate force into the ground. Dominate sports that require quick bursts of speed or strength. 

STRENGTH

Boost overall strength through a safe and effective age-appropriate progression that begins with proper and consistent technique via bodyweight exercises and resistance training, building and advancing over time.

MOBILITY

Flexibility, the counterpoint to muscular strength, allows for greater range of motion and the ability to move dynamically. Build resiliency and joint integrity to reduce the risk of injury and allow the muscles to achieve maximum power.

CORE STABILITY

Essential for biomechanical function, core strength and balance exercises enhance the ability to control body position during movement, maximize force generation, and minimize pressure on joints.

Aside from improved athletic performance, reduced risk of injury is a major benefit at the forefront of Sports Performance Training. Proper guidance and instruction on building strength, mobility, neuromuscular control, and movement patterns will include a shared knowledge of when and why injuries mostly occur and how to properly navigate those scenarios in order to stay healthy.
