WHAT IS CAMP DUKE?
Camp Duke is a Sports Performance Camp for improving speed, agility and overall athleticism and includes Sport-Specific Breakout Sessions. Summer is the perfect time for athletes of all ages and sports to hone their strengths and refine their weaknesses. The Camp environment is a fun and motivating way to increase confidence, improve technical skills, build character & discipline, enhance conditioning, and gain a competitive edge! 



WHY CAMP DUKE?
Choosing the right summer sports camps is crucial for athletic development. Speed and agility training separates the best from the rest. Camp Duke is designed as a supplemental program that gives athletes access to top-notch performance training through seven summer weeks via 90-minute sessions, four days per week. Sessions are available at various times each day allowing campers to train around other summer sport training, camps, practices, or activities. The consistency in this type of program allows for the greatest progress and results.



PROGRESS TRACKING...
Campers are tested at summer-start and summer-end in vertical jump, standing broad jump, 20-yard dash, and Shredmill® Speed. Camp leaderboards by age group will drive motivation to push past personal limits and set goals for reaching the next level.



TRAINING AT TDA...
The Duke Academy is equipped with the latest performance training equipment & machines, progress tracking technologies, and updated protocols. Campers will benefit from the use of these machines and tools within their camp sessions. They will learn to train like the pros... properly, efficiently, and successfully!

Camp Duke runs for 7 weeks starting June 5th.
Sessions are 90 minutes per day / 4 days per week.

FAQs

Absolutely! Camp is the perfect place to start. We work with all levels. After group warm-up, campers are split into sub-groups by ability level giving each athlete the time and opportunity to get acclimated to new drills and skills. Our coaches are able to provide proper technical instruction and help them build a solid foundation. The sub-groups allow our athletes to learn amongst... and compete with... others at their level. This type of fun and challenging atmosphere drives motivation and builds confidence in our campers. It is always the right time to begin Sports Performance Training. Camp Duke is a Sports Performance Enhancement program that focuses on speed, agility, & strength to increase overall athleticism. Sessions run 90 minutes per day. Sport-Specific Breakout Sessions make up the last 30-minute segment of each session.

The Duke Academy also offers various sport-specific clinics, workshops, and camps throughout the year in addition to custom & 1:1 individualized training. On our Enrollment Page, you will find all of the available options currently offered at any given point in the year. 

No. Our program is designed to be flexible. Once registered, you are welcome to attend any session time on any given day.

Water, energy, and an impeccable attitude. Wear comfortable athletic clothing with tennis shoes that tie. No cleats.

Our Fall/Winter/Spring Group Training Sessions are recommended for continued improvement in sports performance.
